Due to the impact of COVID-19, please be aware your package may be delayed from demand, external factors or customs checks and we thank you for your patience through this time. This is something we have no control over, but we guarantee that you will receive your items, or a refund. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Please be aware it is likely to fluctuate from time to time. This means that some orders may not arrive within this time frame due to varying external factors exerted on our couriers, please be patient but always feel free to contact us for updates after the 17 day period.

 

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes! There is NO shipping fee for you.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, however, cancellations need to be made within 6 hours of placing your order.

NOTE: We may ship your order sooner than the six-hour period where we will not be able to cancel. System shipping notifications may be delayed due to technical factors. We're sorry if this is an inconvenience but we must prioritise getting your order shipped as soon as possible to avoid delays.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately using the contact us page of our website if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address or have seen your shipping address is incorrect on the order confirmation email (which you can also reply to).

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different partnered international warehouse or factory, this is because we operate on a just-in-time production method, in order to help reduce waste for the environment from stock loss or material wastage. These are located in the US, Europe and China. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Orders shipped today will typically take an estimated 6-17 days* to arrive.

Please take estimated delivery times as an estimate from the date of shipping. This estimate is shown across our site on each product page as a general informational tool. This means that some orders may not arrive within this time frame due to varying external factors exerted on our couriers, please be patient but always feel free to contact us for updates after the 17 day period and use the tracking system provided during the period. In rare circumstances, some orders can take one to two months to arrive due to external conditions affecting the courier, if this is the case, your order will arrive and we kindly request your patience during this time. We cannot cancel items in transit but can do once you have received them to arrange a return and refund, if you still don't want them, please refer to our refund policy for more details. If we deem your item to be lost due to tracking inactivity, we will first try to send out another item to fulfil your order or refund you if the former has failed.

PROCESSING TIME

On average, our orders are processed within 3 business days. However, they can take up to nine during peak periods.
