Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns/exchanges and refunds based on the following principles:

If your item is faulty or damaged, and demonstrated by a photo or video, we will try and get a new item out to you or exchange the received item for another at the equivalent price, either via the form of a refund or a discount code with the monetary amount you had purchased. Once confirmed with us, please return your item in its original packaging to the provided address. Send us your receipt and tracking code. We'll then refund you the cost of shipping and send your new item out so it arrives as soon as possible.

For undamaged items, please contact us for a return address. We can either exchange the item you have received or provide you with a refund. We will not be responsible for shipping costs. Please return the item in its original packaging and send us the tracking code. We'll then refund you once the item has been received.

In both cases, please make sure you place your order number inside the packing to help identify you and your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will be unable to provide a refund. Always check with us for an address before sending, if sent to the wrong address, we will not be able to process a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds for late delivery are only applicable to those that take longer than our couriers defined delivery date - please contact us for more info on the timing specific to your order.

(Applicable to faulty/defective items). Please reach out to us if there are any issues with your item and we can arrange a free return and replacement.

If there are any other concerns, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to look further into your problem and assist you.

Missing Order

Please contact us and we'll look into it for you. If your order is deemed to be lost, we will provide you with a full refund. However, if your item is still making progress, we will not be able to provide you with a refund until it reaches you for a return. This is because we cannot intercept items in transit.

Refunds after the return has been received (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days.

Refunds on COVID-19

Refunds are not applicable to COVID-19 (C-19/Coronavirus). For more information on the safety of packages, please visit WHO (World Health Organisation):

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check to see that you received a refund confirmation email from us. If you have, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (approximately three business days, please leave a total of 12 days if not).
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us page of our website.

Refusal of Delivery

We will be unable to provide refunds to customers that refuse delivery from the courier. This is because, if refused, the order goes straight back to our supplier who does not know who the order was from. Please contact us first and we can guide you through our returns procedure.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer a "thank you" deal for a second order after your first order for a limited time. We will not be able to refund or cancel the first order where circumstances suggest the promotion is being taken advantage of.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the contact us page on our website.

We are not liable to return shipping costs. Please check with us for a correct address before sending.

To return your product, fill out the contact us page of our website for a return address. Please do not return your item to us without contacting us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (for undamaged goods, shipping costs are non-refundable).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
